Makita 40Vmax XGT Backpack Blower (Bare Unit)

The Makita UB004G2 is a cordless backpack blower powered by two 40Vmax XGT® Li-ion batteries connected in parallel. Available at Walshplant.ie, it is designed for large-area clearing without the noise, fumes and maintenance of a petrol machine. Makita states that with the high-power BL4080H battery it delivers blowing force comparable to a 65cc-class petrol backpack blower, and its high air velocity can shift even wet fallen leaves. Batteries are not included.

The brushless motor is maintenance-free and long-life, and XPT® protection improves resistance to dust and water in harsh conditions. It suits landscapers, grounds maintenance teams, local authorities, facilities managers and contractors who need high airflow and mobility across large areas.
