The DeWALT DCD240 54V XR FlexVolt Paddle Mixer delivers corded-level mixing performance without the need for a power supply. Designed for plasterers, tilers, landscapers, flooring contractors and general builders, it’s one of the few true cordless paddle mixers on the market.

Powered by the 54V FlexVolt system, the DCD240 provides performance comparable to a 1,800W corded machine, allowing heavy-duty mixing directly on site — ideal where generators or mains power are not available.

The robust single-speed all-metal mechanical transmission ensures durability under load, while the electronic variable speed trigger (300–725 rpm) with a controlled 5-second ramp-up/down helps prevent splashing and improves mixing consistency.

An adjustable 5-position speed dial allows accurate control depending on the material being mixed. The ergonomic twin-handle design reduces fatigue during prolonged use, making it ideal for mixing plaster, adhesive, mortar, screed and levelling compounds.

Supplied complete with two high-capacity FlexVolt batteries and charger — ready for demanding site use.
