The DeWALT DWS520KTL Plunge Saw Kit is a professional track saw solution designed for precision cutting, laminate trimming and door sizing across Irish job sites.

Built for accuracy, finish quality and durability, the DWS520 delivers smooth plunge cutting with parallel plunge action, allowing the user to maintain a consistent hand position throughout the cut. The included 48-tooth precision blade provides a clean, splinter-free finish — ideal for laminates, MDF, plywood and finished panels.

Variable speed control (1,750 – 4,000 rpm) allows the correct cutting speed to be selected for different materials, while full wave electronics maintain constant speed under load for consistent results. The enclosed guard system delivers up to 90% dust extraction, improving cut line visibility and jobsite cleanliness.

With a cutting depth of up to 59mm (55mm when used with guide rails), this plunge saw is perfect for trimming doors, kitchen worktops and sheet materials.

This full kit version includes 2 x 1.5m guide rails and a DE6292 joining bar, allowing extended straight-line cutting straight out of the box.
