Built for plant fitters, mechanics, steel erectors and heavy trade users across Ireland, this high-torque 18V XR impact wrench produces up to 1,626 Nm fastening torque and an exceptional 2,372 Nm breakaway torque — right at the upper limit of what’s possible on a ½″ anvil platform.

What sets it apart is its rapid torque ramp-up. Under sustained load (approx. 4 seconds at full trigger), the wrench quickly boosts impact rate to reach around 85% of maximum torque almost immediately. In practical terms, stubborn fasteners either move fast — or you know straight away that heat or another method is required. No wasted time holding the trigger for 10–15 seconds like lower-performing models.

Four operating modes give full control on site:

• Three speed settings for controlled fastening

• Precision Wrench (Bolt) Mode:

  • In reverse: delivers maximum power until the fastener breaks free, then slows to prevent nut run-off

  • In forward: pauses briefly after first impact before applying full power to prevent overtightening

A pressure-sensitive trigger allows precise speed and impact control, while Batteryguard vibration isolation helps reduce vibration transfer to the user and protects the battery under heavy load.
