The DeWALT DWS780 305mm Compound Mitre Saw is a premium sliding mitre saw built for professional carpenters, joiners and site contractors across Ireland. Designed for high-accuracy cutting in both small profiles and large construction timbers, it delivers outstanding capacity of up to 303 x 110mm at 90° and cross cuts up to 345mm wide.

The integrated XPS Shadow Line Cut Indicator provides fast, accurate blade alignment while illuminating the workpiece — no calibration required. This system increases cutting accuracy and productivity on site.

Heavy-duty construction and fully adjustable settings ensure long-term accuracy, while the cam action mitre lock allows fast, precise angle changes from 0–50° left and 0–60° right. The quick-release bevel system allows simple adjustment up to 49° left and right, making compound cuts efficient and repeatable.

Linear horizontal rails with bronze guides deliver smooth sliding action and precision when cutting wider materials. The large dual sliding fence supports larger workpieces at various angles, while electronic speed control allows adjustment between 1,900–3,800 rpm — ideal when cutting materials beyond standard timber.

An innovative grooving stop enables controlled depth settings for rebating and trenching applications, and enhanced dust deflection improves on-site cleanliness.
