The DeWALT DCD1623N 18V XR Mag Drill Press with FLEXVOLT Advantage delivers true cordless magnetic drilling performance for steel fabrication, structural steelwork and industrial installation across Ireland.

Designed to rival corded mag drills, it offers a maximum cutting capacity of 50mm with annular cutters and can complete up to 40 x 20mm holes in 12mm steel on a 9.0Ah FLEXVOLT battery.

The brushless motor provides powerful, consistent output, while the 2-speed mechanical gearbox combined with 5 electronic variable speed settings allows precise speed control for both small and large diameter cutters.

Built with advanced safety technology, the permanent magnet provides 9.9kN holding force to prevent accidental deactivation and ensure secure positioning. The Perform & Protect GYRO system detects excess rotation or lift-off and automatically cuts power for enhanced user protection.

Forward and reverse functionality allows tapping applications, and features such as slug ejection and an onboard LED light improve productivity and visibility on site.
